Do you get the necessary permits to fly a drone?
Yes. Our price includes all the required permits and accompanying additional costs.
How is this service priced?
A drone permit allows us up to 6-8 hours of drone operation in one day, per specific location. We can cover up to 3 projects in this duration given how close they are to each other. A single project would cost you more than if you were to book 2 or 3 projects of drone photography in the same day.
Do you own a drone yourself?
No, we collaborate with third-party licensed companies to provide this service.
When should I contact you to book a drone session?
Permits require 3-5 working days to be obtained. Please contact us at least a week in advance to schedule your session.
Are there any cancellation or rescheduling fees after booking?
Yes, canceling or rescheduling incurs 50% fees from the total of our agreement. This is usually paid as a downpayment and is non-refundable in this case.
What are the technical specs of the video?
In most cases, the drone video will be 4K resolution at 60 FPS in landscape orientation.
What do I receive as deliverables?
The main deliverable is an edited video up to 1 minute in duration. Still images at 4K resolution can be extracted from this video upon request.
Do I get the individual clips or LOG footage?
Individual MP4 clips are provided upon request. LOG footage incurs additional charges.
